This coming Thursday 22nd August will see the launch of another exhibition at the Warehouse Gallery in Derry, this time by artist Seamus Gallagher.
Seamus, a native of Derry who has lived in Donegal for twenty five years, studied fine art at Wimbledon School of Art in London and Goldsmiths College London. Seamus paints emotive seascapes of Donegal as well as contemplative works which bring you to another world.
Seamus has exhibited work in a range of different places previously including the Royal Academy of Art and the LCA in London and the Wordsworth Gallery in Manchester. Closer to home he has had his work exhibited in the Glebe Gallery and Maritime Gallery in Greencastle as well as An Grianan Theatre in Letterkenny.
The exhibition sees the latest viewing in the Warehouse Gallery which since his opened in 2013 has been to the fore in showcasing talent from the North-west of Ireland and beyond.
The exhibition commences at 7.00 PM and refreshments will be available.
